Both are true at once: the VAT identification number is an identifier, while the German small-business rule decides what is charged on an invoice.

Liability for third-party content

KCAM is a hosting service: the photos and videos of a party come from the guests, not from us. For content like that we become responsible only once we know of a specific unlawful item; there is no general duty to monitor it (Article 8 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 in conjunction with § 7 (1) DDG). As soon as we learn of unlawful content we take it out of display without delay. Every photo can be reported from wherever it is shown.
